So explore he does, mouth breaking after another stretch of heated kissing for air before gives her lower lip one last teasing tug, not quite giving her a full kiss before he moves to settle against the crook of her neck. As much as he enjoys their little makeout session, even he needs a little break. Plus, it allows him to focus on other parts of her body. That said he'll still keep her a bit distracted, his mouth pressed against the more vulnerable spots of her neck.
With fingers now splayed over her breast, there's just one last squeeze, a teasing flick of his thumb over her tit, and then his hand slides down and away to once more slowly run down the length of her body, to her waist, and hip. At first his fingertips hook around the top of her skirt, as if suggesting that he might pull it down. But why do that when he can continue to slide his hand down her thigh and then back up underneath? Definitely easier. That hand will stay on the underside of her calf, but he's drawn suggestively closer to her.
As for his other hand, it's not keeping still either. While the other was still traveling, it had slipped beneath her shirt, as if taking its partner's place, and although he's a little more careful as it's the side she was injured, it's no less firm or suggestive in where it roams. But after giving her other half a similar teasing brush of his fingertips, it slides back, slipping behind the band until it reaches the claps. Now to be realistic this isn't something he's actually familiar with. Seen by now, but not really handled what with world and time setting differences. Even if he were, he wouldn't actually do anything. So although tempted she'll just once again get that suggestive tease, that indication of what he is thinking, but not going through.
And as if this isn't enough, to top it off there is a lot of body movement that naturally occurs. He's being careful to not put his full weight on her, particularly her torso. But that means his weight is a bit more towards the lower half, and while there's no actual grinding occurring...hard not feel certain weights and movements.]

But that's a bad idea for a few reasons at the moment, so while her hands were traveling down, just a bit, they've stopped and started on their way back.
